Living Water Spiritual Community

- We'll do low impact warm-ups, deep stretches, deep breathing, easy yoga, relaxing Ki Gong
- Some challenging exercises to increase strength
- then a relaxing mindful cool down.
- All this for $100 for 10 weeks.
